Dr. Saima Saleem, Assistant Professor at The Karachi Institute of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering (KIBGE), University of Karachi. She has spent more than 17 years in teaching and research. Saima Saleem, has received Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Post Doctorate in Biomedical Sciences, Ohio University, USA. Her research activities encompass Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Genetic Engineering. She has been involving in teaching Human Molecular Genetics, Cancer Genetics, Biosafety and Bioethics to more than 50 M.Phil. and Ph.D. scholars. She is the member of various National and International societies and publish various papers in national and international impact factors journals. She has been professionally working as international Biorisk Master Trainer for biosafety for Pakistan Biological Safety Association, American Society of Microbiology, Safer behaviors and National Institute of Health (NIH). Her research outcomes would significantly provide a vision in the field of Cancer Biology by providing rapid and efficient methods of early diagnosis.
